Hi, my name is Claudia and I am a secondary science teacher based in a Merseyside school. I deliver all three sciences (Biology, Chemistry and Physics) both at KS3 and KS4. However, I have also taught in Birmingham in the past, meaning I have gained lots of experience working with students from different backgrounds with a multitude of different needs.

 

I obtained my Postgraduate Certificate in Education from Birmingham City University via Schools Direct in Secondary Science with Biology, alongside an honours BSc making me a Biology specialist. In 2023 I also completed a Subject Knowledge Enhancement in Physics with Liverpool Hope University.  

 

I have a huge passion for science and anything STEM, which compliments my innate caring and positive teaching style. I am a friendly and supportive person who gets excellent results by making lessons fun as well as informative, whilst keeping a calm, relaxed and engaging teaching environment. I have been told that my approach to teaching makes it enjoyable for my students as I am considered patient and very approachable.
