About Me
Hello, I’m Christina and I’m excited to be working with the SAT team as a Mathematics teacher! I’ve been in education since 2015 training as a Secondary Mathematics teacher, since then I’ve worked across a variety of settings and gained a masters in psychology and a SENDCo qualification.
My previous post was at a special educational needs school focusing on students with social, emotional and mental health difficulties, alongside ADHD, autism, ODD and MLD disorders. I’ve taught mathematics (key stage 1 to 4), life skills and psychology (GCSE and A Level).
I pride myself in working with students encouraging them to have positive attitude towards education and learning, and I do this by creating a good rapport between myself and the student. Qualifications are important but I firmly believe in life skills and implement these into the majority of lessons ensuring students learn the practicality of the skills they have learnt.
