Hello! I'm Jonny, a dedicated musician and educator with over a decade of classroom teaching experience. I specialise in Guitar, Ukulele, and Keyboard tuition, as well as supporting students in KS3 and 4 with RSL Music Performance, Music Technology, and Composition. Whether you're picking up an instrument for the first time or working towards a qualification, I tailor each lesson to your individual needs.

My approach is all about making learning interactive, enjoyable, and effective. I kickstart lessons with engaging retrieval questions to reinforce previous learning, followed by hands-on activities that allow students to develop skills at their own pace. Through a blend of demonstration, self-led exploration, and personalised feedback, I ensure every student gains confidence and progresses in their musical journey.

Music has always been a huge part of my life – from playing in an award-winning indie/rock band to performing at high-profile events alongside Hollywood legends! My industry experience brings real-world insight into my teaching, helping students connect with music beyond the classroom.
