My name is Eleanor. Nice to meet you!

I have extensive experience in curriculum development and establishing whole-school policies.  My greatest strengths include my strong organisational skills, enthusiasm, and a proactive appraoch to teaching. I am dedicated to ensuring all student projects are completed to a high standard, helping every child reach their full potential.

Alongside my main teaching areas of Humanities and Social Sciences, I have taught many different subjects including English, Maths and Science across all levels. I am comfortable working with any student from Key Stage 2 to 5 and adults, ensuring that I improve my knowledge to help every student achieve their goals.

I have a very positive approach to teaching and believe learning should be geared toward life skills as well as knowledge. My philosophy is to make the curriculum accessible to all children, whatever their ability or background. I like to make lessons active to ensure children are involved in their learning.

I find great satisfaction in enabling students with SEN to make progress and develop their social skills. I have extensive experience working with a wide range of learners, including those with Autism (PDA), SLCN and MLD. I bring a lot of enthusiasm to this field and am passionate about helping every child reach their potential.
