Hello there, my name is Eleni and I'm delighted to be a Biology Tutor with SAT!

 

For the past five years, I've had the privilege of guiding secondary school students toward unlocking their full potential in Biology, Chemistry and Physics. During the last two years, I served as the Head of Biology, where I designed the A-level Biology curriculum for a newly established sixth form college. Today, I work as a Lead Teacher of Science with a specific focus on nurturing young minds in Key Stage 3 Science.

My academic journey began with a First Class Honors degree in Human Biology, where I interned in a Cancer research laboratory alongside my studies. Recognised for academic excellence, I received a Dean's award from my university.
 

My teaching style is interactive, and I love to sprinkle in real-world examples and even some science fiction references to make the curriculum come alive. I strongly believe that everyone, no matter their unique circumstances, deserves access to an excellent education.

 

I am enthusiastic about helping students realise their individual abilities, reach their full potential and enjoy their studies along the way! When I'm not teaching, I express my creativity through drawing, learning languages and immersing myself in the world of Marvel and sci-fi with my husband.
