I am a qualified teacher with a particular passion for English. I am able to offer tuition in English, Maths, Food Tech, PE, PSHE and History and have extensive experience of applying trauma-informed and creative strategies to enhance and support learning engagement.

Within my previous roles, I have supported SEND learners with dyslexia, ASD and PDA, so I understand the importance of a child-led, neuroaffirming educational package that encompasses the students individual learning needs and outcomes.

Through my own studies, I have completed many CPD courses, including:

- Level 1 and Level 2 British Sign Language

- Level 2 in Understanding Mental Health in Children & Young People

- Level 3 Diploma in Counselling

I believe that every child is unique, therefore, I take a holistic approach to teaching and learning. I enjoy being creative, therefore fun, critical thinking and patience are just some of the qualities I enjoy sharing in my sessions.
