As an Early Years Professional with Qualified Teacher Status and SEMH teaching experience, I feel the strength of my skills initially lay within the Early Years practice. The breadth of my experience has been developed working within the Early Years however I have experience supply teaching in all Primary
classes.

The impact of my education has spurred me on to becoming empathetic while passionate about all children being capable of achieving in education. I incorporate techniques and activities from my Scout Leader role that enable all children to have a unique and meaningful learning experience.

 

My enthusiasm for experiential learning increased initially while working within Reception. I believe that there should be no barriers to learning if children are supported in an inclusive environment. This can be achieved by meeting the needs of all children, while setting next steps for children. I have experience writing and following EHCP plans both within my personal life due to my own children's needs and within the classroom teaching experiences.
